Selenat 100 is a selenium-based dietary supplement containing 182% of the nutritional reference value. It comes in easy-to-swallow mini-capsules.
Selenium is a member of the trace element family. It is essential for the human immune system. The body cannot manufacture it, so it must be supplied entirely by the diet and/or supplements.
Minimum daily selenium requirements are estimated at 55 µg / day.
We know that swallowing large capsules can be difficult, which is why we've opted for the smallest capsule format available: mini-capsules!
